Australian Orders
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–4 business days. Orders are lodged in person at Australia Post for accurate tracking, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Express Post is available at checkout — please check Australia Post for estimated delivery times from Perth Metro.
If your order contains made-to-order or pre-order items, it will ship according to the timeframe listed on that product's page. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Local Delivery
We offer a flat $10 delivery fee to nearby suburbs including Byford, Southern River, Harrisdale, Piara Waters and Canning Vale. This option will appear at checkout when you enter your postcode.
International Orders
International shipping is available on Little Bambino Bear handmade products only. Due to brand agreements and insurance requirements, our stocked brands can only be shipped within Australia.
All international orders are sent via Registered Post with tracking. Please be aware of your country's import and customs regulations — Little Bambino Bear cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays at customs.
Busy Periods
During peak periods (Christmas, sales events and public holidays) please allow an extra few days for dispatch. We'll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are in the hands of Australia Post. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help track your parcel.
Returns
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either issue a refund (minus shipping costs) or reship once additional postage is covered. If the error is on our end, we'll sort it at no cost to you.
