Refund policy

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days on full priced items, with postage at the buyers cost (tracked postal service recommended). We will only offer a refund provided the goods are returned to us in a sellable condition.

On the rare occasion that faulty or damaged goods are received then a replacement/refund will be offered once the original is returned and inspected.

Please contact lori@littlebambinobear.com for a return authorisation prior to returning any goods.

Only regular priced items are eligible for change of mind returns, Sale items are non refundable unless faulty.

For change of mind returns, please be advised that we may withhold processing fees which have been charged to us by the payment provider. One example is Afterpay who have quite high fees for retailers, which as a small business we cannot bear the brunt of.
