Beach Mouse Little Sister in Cabin

Damaged product and no communication

I bought this little mouse in a beach cabin for my daughter’s fourth birthday. The mouse itself is lovely (we have bought multiple Maileg mice online from various locations over the last few years). Unfortunately, the cabin was somewhat squished and had several small rips. I understand items can be damaged in transit; however, I thought I should should send an email alerting the owner to the fact that this had occurred. What frustrated me the most was that I didn’t receive a reply and this was weeks ago. Disappointing.
